Rosario Macera
Biography
Rosario Macera is a professor at the School of Management of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
Her work examines behavioral economics, incentives and organizational decisions, with applications to workplace performance and people management.
